Catalina Conference Centre was proud to host the Catalina Deaf Camp October 27-30, 2017. The camp was organised by SDA Deaf Church Down Under and Christian Services for the Blind and Hearing Impaired.
Jeff Jordan, a Deaf pastor from the USA, was our special guest speaker at the Deaf camp. Pr Jeff was born deaf from an unknown cause, and American Sign Language (ASL) is his first language.
He traveled with his wife, Melissa, who interpreted his presentations into spoken English. This was then professionally interpreted into Auslan.
